or IP addresses are kept on record after guests’ visits.
Personal info (address, identity number, car registration and contact details) will
be required on the Booking-in form before guests gain entrance to any rooms. All
info is for security purposes only and will not be released to any third party unless
required for the pursuance of legal processes.
Personal information and e-mail addresses are not recorded for any type of use after
visits, including marketing references or purposes.
Every effort is maintained to ensure guests’ privacy on the premises:
- No persons may enter the spa without a therapist
- No visitors are allowed in guests’ rooms
- Guests names are not divulged over the phone or at reception
- There is no room meals or drinks service, and
- Guests are required to give permission for rooms to be made up.
